Shipping & Returns

We will use the shipping address provided on the order and we cannot be held responsible if the information is incorrect.

Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.

If you choose for your parcel to be left in a secure place or with neighbours, we cannot be held liable for stolen or missing parcels. You are accepting responsibility for the safe delivery of this parcel.

We cannot accept responsibility for delayed parcels.

Should there be a delay in dispatching your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days. Returns are accepted, provided we receive your items back within 14 days of your receipt of goods, (or we receive proof of postage that they were sent back within this period), and at the discretion of Fallain Fitness for returns out with that period.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in the original packaging. Each item is packed with love and care and we would like to receive them back in the same condition.

If you find any kind of fault with your item, please email us at sales@fallainfitness.co.uk with details of your return as soon as possible. We ask that you send the item back within 14 days. 

Once received in satisfactory condition, a full refund will be given. 

Unless faulty, all items are to be returned at your own cost.

Refunds will be for the total sum of your purchase minus delivery costs. Once we have processed your refund, the money should be back in your account within 14 working days.

Sale items will not be refunded but we are more than happy to exchange them for other products. 

If you require an exchange, we ask that you return your unwanted items and place a ew order (applicable to non-sale items).

We ask that items are returned using Recorded Delivery or you obtain proof of postage, just in case any items get lost in the post.
