Fallain Fitness was born from a shared passion for health, community and self-improvement. Growing up, my sister Andrea and I were encouraged to live active, balanced lives. She found her spark in classes like HIIT and Pilates, while I discovered mine in the gym. What inspired us most was the sense of connection, supporting others not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

In 2020, we set out to create a brand that reflected that same ethos: premium activewear that feels good, performs well and doesn’t cost the earth. Rooted in Scottish values of quality and authenticity, we wanted to design clothing that stood out - bold, functional and often inspired by Celtic heritage.

Fallain — Scots Gaelic for healthy — officially launched in 2021 with our Tusail (Original) collection. A year later, I took the leap to run the brand full-time, determined to grow something meaningful. Since then, Fallain has gone from strength to strength — from winning Activewear Brand of the Year at the Scottish Health & Fitness Awards to donating to Shelter Scotland in support of those in need.

Andrea remains involved behind the scenes, but I now lead the brand day-to-day, driven by the same purpose we started with: to empower people to look good, feel good and live healthy — inside and out.
