What payment methods do you accept?

How does the FREE4TH discount work?
How does it work?
When you buy 3 items or more, add one eligible item in your cart that's completely free.
What items are eligible to be free?
The lowest-priced product will be automatically discounted with the code.
Can I use this with other discount codes?
No, only one promotion can be used per order. If you qualify for the free item, it replaces any other code (including the welcome offer).
What if I return part of my order?
If your return brings your total ordered products below 4, the free item value may be deducted from your refund.
Can I qualify more than once?
Yes - this offer is not limited to first-time customers. As long as your cart meets the threshold, you can use it again.

Delivery
Do you deliver outside of the United Kingdom?
Currently we only deliver within the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland.
Can I make a change to my order once it’s placed?
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed if it’s been assigned a tracking number. If it’s not fulfilled you can contact us through sales@fallainfitness.co.uk or our live chat to make any amendments.
How many days will my order take to arrive?
Orders will be fulfilled within 2 days and then processed by your chosen courier in the following time:
Royal Mail Tracked 48, 2-3 business days (Free on orders £50+)
Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1-3 business days
During sale periods, orders may take longer to process.
What carrier service do you use?
Royal Mail.
How can I track where my package is?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number for your selected courier. You can then use the courier website or APP to track your package.

Returns
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted, provided we receive your items back within 30 days of the receipt of goods, or we receive proof of postage/ tracking details that they were sent back within this period.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in the original packaging. Each item is packed with love and care and we would like to receive them back in the same condition. For more information, please read our full return policy.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Please fill out the returns slip so we can identify your order. It is important that you obtain a delivery service that allows tracking of the items. We ask that you send the item(s) back at your cost and that any exchanged items will then be re-sent out and covered by us.
How long will my refund take to process?
Refunds will be provided once the items are returned, verified and processed within 3 days.
What should I do if I’ve received a damaged product?
If you have received a damaged product, please contact our customer service team at sales@fallainfitness.co.uk or through the live chat within 30 days of receiving the order.
