Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days. Returns are accepted provided we receive your items back (or proof of postage that they were sent back) within the applicable return window, and at the discretion of Fallain Fitness for returns outside that period.

Returns on purchases that include promotional offers involving free items—such as the current Buy 3, Get 1 Free (Free 4th) offer—are subject to the following:

• If you wish to return an item but still meet the qualifying criteria of the offer (e.g., you would still have purchased 3 eligible products), you may keep the free item and receive a refund for the returned product(s).

• If after returns you no longer meet the qualifying criteria (e.g., you would have purchased fewer than 3 eligible items), the free item must also be returned. If the free item is not returned in this case, its value will be deducted from your refund.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. Each item is packed with love and care, and we ask that you return items in the same condition.
