The Dà-Thòna Dubh Two Layer Shorts combine an outer shell for freedom of movement with inner compression shorts for support – giving you the benefits of both without compromise. The outer layer moves independently during explosive movements like box jumps or sprint intervals, while the inner layer provides targeted support during high-rep conditioning work or distance running.
The inner shorts feature a secure phone pocket designed to hold your device flat against your leg without bounce – even during sprint intervals or box jumps. This eliminates the need for armbands or leaving your phone in a locker when you need it for timing intervals or tracking runs.
Both layers use four-way stretch fabric that moves naturally with your body. The moisture-wicking construction across both pieces pulls sweat away during intense efforts – particularly valuable during summer training or indoor sessions where ventilation is limited.
